Do Animals Have Souls?

I was talking with a coworker the other day and he informed me that animals do not have emotions. This is just after he told me (the day that I put my dog of 17yrs down) that animals do not have souls and therefore will never enjoy the concept of heaven. Now, this coworker has the disadvantage of being, what I refer to, as a "bible-thumper." He is, in fact, a born-again Christian. Please bear in mind that I have nothing against Christians, nor do I have anything against religion in general. I do, however, have a problem with this coworker passing along faulty information.

Animals do have emotions and they also have souls, and I'll tell you how I know that. In over twenty years of working with animals, I have never seen a kitten duct-tape a live human baby to a freeway. I also have never seen a cat find enjoyment from setting a human on fire. I've never gone hiking in the desert to find a child that dogs have left tied to a stake, without food and water, subjecting it to a painful death in the desert heat. I have never seen a chicken force two unwilling humans to fight in a ring with razor blades attached to their feet while the chickens place bets on who will be the first to die. I haven't seen a puppy place eight children in a gunnysack and drown them in a river. Neither have I seen an eagle aim a shotgun at an unarmed human. I have yet to see a bear kill a human simply to place a head on the wall of their cave. And to this day, I have not seen a pigeon drive a car down the road and aim for humans who were walking around the park.

Let me tell you what I have seen. I have seen my own cats sleep next to me so they may keep me a little warmer while I was ill. I've seen my dogs play games with me just to force a smile to my face. I have seen a cat rush into a burning home not once, not twice, but six times to save her kittens, nearly losing her own life in the process. I have seen a ferret pull a frightened kitten out of a deep hole in the ground. I have seen a coyote fetch another dog so that it may get the proper medical care that it needs. I've seen a dog, who loves to jump on people, avoid jumping on me when I injured my back. I've seen elephants cry. I've seen monkeys scream in empathy when one of their own were injured. I've seen puppies whine all night long when they were separated from their mothers. I've seen a dog pull a child away from a fire.

These are only a few of the things that I've seen. To list them all would take a lifetime, and I think you get my point. As for the soul thing? Well, it is my humble opinion that if you have emotions, any kind of emotions, then you have a soul. Ironically, the pope of the Roman Catholic Church recently stated that he feels the same way.

Now, I can't prove that animals have souls. But then, I can't prove that you or I have one either. And for all those people who firmly believe that animals don't have souls - well, I suppose if there really is a heaven, you'll probably have the job of cleaning out all the litter boxes...

For the day October 26th 2011

As I write this I have a Emergency Room Er tag still on my wrist after having searing tooth ache pain so bad I almost vomited..

I like everything intense and I have what one doctor told me : "An abnormal tolerance for pain..."
meaning I basically can "absorb" just about any form of pain physically and mentally - the body has limits but I suppose b/c of my history of being an "empath" and coming into "Body" in the 1960's - A time of great upheaval and incredible amounts of insanity and fear thatI acclimated to the higher "pain" thresholds...

I can withstand almost any type of pain...but last night - I almost vomited from the pain my tooth is causing me and fearing that it might be infected and deadning the nerves I called a friend and decided to go get some pain killers - at the ER at 2 in the morning...

I have an appointment with the dentist today at one pm...

its a BIG week and those of us being connected now and here and being healed and "coming out" of the closet so to speak - all the "lightworker" healer and Indigos are banishing the sources of pain and fear and highlighting the truth of our history on the planet...
take what you will and interpret as you will

Dark - parasitic energies " beings ? - the "other" dark side of our collective psyche ??
is now being shed light upon certain "forms" of control...

control and "programming" of our spiritual energies
our hearts and mind manipulated and almost cauterized any form of Spiritual expression or knowledge or wisdom or sanity about our bodies and spirits - ahh something to that effect

something like: the universal message - or programming or abuse ? that gave all Lightworkers the idea that it was not "Safe" to be here - or be present or be Spiritual and creative....

the systems of religion and financial systems and psychiatry and the food we eat and the air we breath - the manipulation of our sexual energies as well...

yes they were all sucked away by the "Vampires" and Vampiric energies that knocked us out of our bodies and kept us in a constant "survival" mode...

at this time and this week specifically a new moon with several heavy conjunctions are occurring to bring in more and more Golden Light and healing light...

during the last full moon I happened to decide to visit the #Occupy wall street - mother occupation in nyc in Zuccotti park...

I danced - I prayed and I meditated in group mass around what is now called: "The Tree of Life.." in one corner of the occupation...
it was life changing - and definitely in line with a higher vibrational healing and cosmic - collective connection that is taking place all over the planet...

I try to remember at this time that Light in this reality over takes all forms of darkness - be they human or non human or without form...

so no you were not imagining that you have been under attack - with no choice but to "dis-appear" or engage the addict - hive mind that we were all programmed to self destruct and self abuse...

the addict - pollution - usurping of energies is now being seen for what it is and was...

we are now leaving the addict self behind

and the myths of dis-connection

separation and "scarcity" are breaking down and being shattered and peacefully streamlined ? illuminated - healed...

the lightworkers are basically coming out the closet...

Iam not sure if any of what I have written is totally clear and coherent but I believe you can feel my message today even if the crude symbols of language might fail me

this week :
13 Crystal skulls are arriving in NYC to become part of a ceremony by "Mayan" elders ? at the edgar Cayce center...

whether you hold the Crystal Skulls up to be the be all and end all or not

it seems to coincide with the ideas that the mayan calendar and "Time" is ending
the crystal skulls after the NY ceremony will be transporter by its devotees across America and then arriving in Los Angeles on 11: 11: 11
for a closing ceremony...

I can feel major - major shifts now all over the planet

Iam channeling the Divine feminine aspect of God called in Hindu mysticism as: Shakti!

I think we had to clear so much of the negative programming out of our bodies and minds that we indeed were choked if not strangled - into "submission" by these Dark energies that have been plaguing this planet since time began...

the two forces that move thru time are one of light and one of -- say: anti-light or anti-love...

basically all Indigos and lightworkers were targeted to be abused and self destruct

the more light you had or the more powerful your gifts to heal others the more you were abused and knocked into the survival mode - by these parasite...some call them reptilian being or what have you -

no separation - and no "other" it is now time to simply heal them out of our collective mind and come into our true birth rights as beings of love and light...

like I said I guess now is the time to shine the light shine -- take the hooks out -- see the light - be the light

Golden clean pure Love Light is now flooding the planet this week -

supposedly oct 28th - this friday according to one author is the True End of the Mayan prophecies etc etc

In my opinion this weel marks some truly huge shift in the energy fields of the collective mind and planet and all living things that have been abused in the past are being healed...

wishing and sending you infinite amounts of Light now forever and always...

heaven on Earth is arriving - right on Time...

A new Time

A time to remember and re-connect to what we really are - pure Love...

If you haven't been to the #Occupywallstreet Occupation -
some call it a protest

it reminds me of the "Love-ins" and Sit-In's" from the 1960's and 1970s....

As I remember it -- seeing the pictures in Look Magazines and Time and Life magazines which my parents bought I saw several groups of young people -- gathering to protest the Vietnam war - to promote "Free Love..."
and something to the effect of:

"Turn on - tune in and drop out..." a quote sourced to Timothy Leary who advocated LSD - "Acid Trips..."

On college campuses all over the US students would meet en masse and protest the war and promote "Free Love"

On May fourth 1970 four Kent State Ohio students who were unarmed were shot dead after the National Guard was dispatched to the college campus...

the News reported 67 rounds of bullets were fired in a period of 13 seconds...
The American military turned against it's own people --

it caused a public outcry -- you may have heard the song written about that day - its called

Wall street and banking loans and practices where basically Wall streeters and the banks cashed in - took the money
basically in my opinion - blackmailed the US Govt and then turned around and gave themselves all million dollar plus bonuses:

I dont have the facts - I dont think anyone does but Goldman Sachs - "reported" profits last year of over 5 billion dollars....

Some execs over at Goldman Sachs reportedly were given as much as 10 MILLION dollar bonuses...
imagine - while the heartland of America was losing their homes to foreclosures...

the new "Robber Barons..." were laughing smugly - ah "all the way to the bank" as it were....

so as I understnad it - our govt - the US taxpaying middle class was saddled with a 500 BILLION dollars debt so some of these guys could get up to ten million dollar bonuses and sit back and just steal the money...??

hey if Iam wrong about this let me know - but if the media and public found out about this imagine all the evil shit and sneaky shit the banks are doing that we dont know about...

Kirk's Contemplation for the day - October 11, 2011 "Things I learned @ #Occupywallstreet

I went down to the #Occupywallstreet occupation three times so far...

The first time I went I made a cardboard sign that read: "We want our country back..."

then I took the sign and began to meditate with the sign on my lap...

I heard photographers snapping pictures around me...

I dont think I can explain everything I saw and did that day but just to be out of my house - hunched over my lap tops - I have two lap tops and two flat screen Tv's in my bedroom...and alot of days are spent on social networks - watching the news and dvd's - studying films and reading and writing...

As I walked around the mass and sea of people I realized that this was truth in action...
people were doing all sorts of things: organizing - talking - moving - free in speech and mind and movement - all good things...

I felt free - I felt that I could breath -
it was a validating environment - a non-judgemental environment....

there were smells of food being cooked - sage and incense was in the air....

since some people have been living in this "public" space yeah some of them stank - but I realized all these smells brought about the energy ?? of being human --
I realized that we are constantly in "environments" that are totally sterilized - and scrubbed clean - it is "un-natural" it makes us "vibrate" to some "weird" frozen "reality" ?? that makes me feel -- "Not-real" ??

In contrast - like I said its not easy to transcribe the experience but I felt "Authentic" and "Alive..." and felt myself being - like "restored..." to "Life..." yes feeling like "Life was rushing back into me...somehow...

The chantings and parade of people - my fellow human beings was re-connecting me to my humanity - it was truly healing....

then in one area - (the park or #occupation is divided into a few basic areas like: "Media" Food/public kitchen - Arts/Culture - there is also a public library -- a medical station - and an Info station and "comfort station or area....) and adjacent to the media area and behind the public kitchen - a group of youngish - "Shamen" Earth friendly -- ?? musicians began a drum chant - - A drum circle...

Now I felt an even deeper surge of energy run thru my aura - and energy and etheric - human - physical and spiritual body - I was waking up even more !!!

It was getting dark and the sun was lowering on this space between the actual street - Wall street and Ground Zero - (interesting position right ?)

It was getting dark and the drums were over-riding in a low awesome hum...and vibration....over the occupation....
I wanted to dance with the circle but I didnt...
but I felt the Circle in my body....

I got goose-bumps - I felt god - the God - Spirit -- Divine Intelligence come into me...

that kind of Zombie - media trance -- in my bedroom - logging in on facebook - twitter - being assaulted by the popular media and the un-ending in-undation of ads streaming into my home - that all floated and faded away...

it was almost like two realities one fake ?? and one now in the drum circle real ?? it just felt like life vrs a stale death -- back in my apartment - the drum cirlce was - had a "Life-force" that I had been craving - forever - ? but didnt know it until now....

New life -
new authenticity pouring in....a greater consciousness...

RE-Connected....
the "Zombie-self" ?? dis-appearing and my "real-self" now appearing like I always knew "He" was there that I could be full PRESENT...but never knew how - the energy - the smells and the sounds were truly grounding me into a "reality" that I had always guessed at - promoted on my cable show -
but now here it was in "Techni-color..."

I didnt have to read anything - or be told anything....

my learning curve went up - non-verbally -

NEW LIFe - !! re-birth...

All of this one day one of #Occupywallstreet

and I didnt even talk to anyone....!!

I left after about 2 hours - thinking - "Wow - the 60s and the 1970s are here again....

on a side note - when I went back home - back to my two lap tops and big DVD screen and watched the news - all channels

and the rest I realized how - "Dead' the news casters seemed - reciting words with a dead-pan kind of glazed over - glossy stare....

how ridiculous some of the ads and commercials seemed....

the people in the commericals seemed - like clowns -- buffoons - puppets -- manic -

had I gone thru the looking glass ??

are they reporting the news or just making - commentary - ??

Fox News doesnt really seem to report the news anymore - the network seems to me to be over shadowed by really Toxic?

loud and to my mind - mentally - and Spirituall dis-eased ?? not-human ??

at the camera - (google Bill OReilly Fox News - on youtube where all he says is: "Shut the hell up ! shut the hell up to anyone he invites onto his show -- why does he invite people on to his show just to humiliate them ??

Fox news ?? I dont think I want that "energy" in my home anymore if ever again -- screaming most the time -

it seemed totally abusive and wrong and fake after being in the genuine - authentic energy of the #occupation....

Contemplations affirmation and Meditation for the day 9/22/2011

Contemplation: Ever wonder why the world is the "Way it is" ?

We only have to look so far as the framing documents throughout history to realize and understand what has until now "framed" our our Collective and personal "Psyches"

This is where we examine the Bible - "Old and New Testaments" to figure out why the world is in such a panic and race and fear to destroy itself and create an "End Time Scenario..."

As a person who has had to totally de-clutter his psyche and dump all Spiritual Concepts and Ideas that are "Not working..." ?? in order to maintain a continued recovery from addiction and alcoholism -- I was urged years ago to get a "New Higher Power..."

Drinking and drugs and "escape" from this reality at all costs was my only "Spiritual or moral Imperative..." when I was a kid and then into my mid 20s...

But Why ??

Well, the answer is not perfectly simple but for this blog entry - to "Add it up..." which seems to be a more coherent - Spiritual Goal...to my adult mind more than - trying and attempting to - achieve or maintain - "Being good - for God or Jesus..."

Of course we will always fall short and even deserve to be "punished" when we are praying to the "God of the Bible..."
This a perfect "God" a Perfectly psychotic and vengeful - wrathful God that depending on what part of the Bible you read can not or will not seem to make up "His" mind about what he "Wants" from his "creation" and how he will deal with it...

We can deduce from the Bible that God - cant make up his mind from one chapter to the next about whether
he loves or hates humanity

or even how or why or when he will take vengence upon man...

State the Obvious - In order for myself and yes millions of other recovering addicts - this "God" who - in my opinion - a God that wants or needs something - attributed "Human failings" feelings and emotions and petty jealousies aside - Is "No God at all..."

The "God of the Bible" :

He sounds more like our "Alcoholic" - Human and Imperfect Human fathers alot more than the vast - Infinite Intelligent designer of the Universe - Creator
of the Human body - the cycles of Nature - the Sun - the Moon and the Stars...add to the list...

Actually like I said looking back now and getting sober at 24 years old - I'am now

27 years sober and 51 Earth years old...

I can see why the people in my alcoholism recovery support groups told me to "Get a version or new Higher Power...

The God I grew up with was basically drunk - and mean and out to get me....

so as a natural course I simply set out to medicate the pain of that idea that was forced down my throat by Bible groups and sunday school teachers - hey however well meaning - I naturally could not explain away or sort out that the most powerful and Infinite force in the universe either wanted me in hell or was going to find out about me - catch me being imperfect and of course acting out a basic human emotion like - sex, lust. anger - fear ect...

An Imperfect and murdering God demanding perfection and perfect Love from his creation(s) at all times or suffer the dammnations of eternal hell fire....

point of fact - I did indeed Get a new Higher Power and at the time time began to de-construct the old one...the God that never belonged to me in the first place...

I'am now of the mind that the "Church" and The Bible steals and maims more souls than it can ever pretend to save...

Everything must go ??

well I believe as the world finds it necessary to bottom out on the Old God....and Find a new one -

there will be some Chaos and fear - but take heart - all you have to do is allow the "True God..." to be revealed....
nothing more is required....

why is the world the way it is....??

because God wants to kill everyone...basically - when that "God" has been banished forever in the hearts and minds of humanity then we will indeed see:
"A New Heaven on Earth..."

My old God - Got Sober and heres wishing that yours will as well....

there are laughing Buddhas and Buddhas of wealth and happiness...

Everyone is going to achieve "Buddha-Hood.."

Everyone is a Buddha waiting to happen....

the Buddha has certain virtues -

that is the extant of my knowledge of Buddhas but none the less - the Buddha is visiting me to day in my mind and soul and spirit...

Thank you Buddha -

So what is your message for me ??

I meditate and ask or try to channel a better - more streamlined - or perfect version of myself...

I surround all living things with the "Buddha Light" and Love --

in the past in the now and in the future...

Divine Intelligence....

so I suppose the Buddha is never far away now...

Love Light and self in Love - always...

what exactly are the blocks - the energy blocks that we as a species and planet and collective - "soul" and sum total "Living Organism" need to release at this time ??

According to the mystics and channelers and psychics and Earth Shamen - the collective sum total of the way we think about ourselves - will bring us to a point of close "extinction..." and depletion of resources...

Out of Chaos comes Order ??

the Planet will continue on with her own course and destiny with or without humanity and species that rapes and pollutes and destroys that which it comes into contact with...

at this time and at the current - "collective Consciousness" that we now hold - the collective ideas and visions and beliefs - will surely lead us to our own destruction and decimation of all that we currently are...

It would appear that we love to blow up things
we love and are in love with the idea of our own personal and collective destruction...
that our foresight is only as far as our own limited belief system

that everything runs down - tears down and comes down - because we are indeed flawed - un Godly - wicked or somehow deserved to be punished...

perhaps we are truly unable to accept the incredible gift of this planet or that given a few shifts in our minds - hearts and consciousness's that we can live in harmony with ourselves - our environments...and the ECO-Sytems that sustains us...

the energy crisis may be inside of us ???

the blockages are inside of us - we are waiting for a deep and deeper shift in consciousness that will facilitate the longed for -- world where we are or can become in harmony with ourselves and a planet where Greed - personal or corporate is not the "Bottom-line" and every thing that goes on here...

Vague wishes for "Heaven on Earth" will not suffice at this time -
surrounding the planet with love is a great visualization and a noble meditation - however we need to go to the next level...

In my chaneling today what I got was that first and foremost and most primary - we need to - collectively let go of all the enemies within -- the "Enemy within the Gate..." the "Enemy" is our collective fears...
our love of fear-based "Dogma" or shame and guilt based political - religious or idealogical systems that create more blockages rather than free us up to become the "Creators" that we know we are and can become...

all of these are falling away --

The so called: "Spiritual Imperative" at this time is to not only release our own self - fears and self hatred and love of destructions but to also create now a place and space within ourselves where fear or cruelty or in-humane behaviors do not exist...

The Spiritual Imperative is to create a New Security - within ourselves before the outer world becomes this hyper- hyper-based Military - constant state of emergency and fear or fearing an enemy 24 hours a day...

the fear mongers and war mongers are counting on and betting on that we will give up all the space within us to fight some real or imagined enemy - be it terrorist - Earth change - natural disasters...etc

Are we Peace lovers ??

can we create a space of security within ??

why have we been raped of this space within and how do we create it now so it does indeed manifest into our outer world...for the benefit of all living things and future generations...???

my only real and true Spiritual Instruction to my readers - to you at this time is to focus on and affirm that we are clean

as a planet and species and that we can let go of all the old systems that were dictate by terrorism and fear and shame to create a collective experience for all living things not just humans where a humane and truth based

yes - there are people projecting the worst and most destructive end to humanity based on some misguided interpretation of ancient or religious doctrine that either is a complete lie or virtually totally mis-translated or point of fact not valid for us if indeed it ever was...

the planet can sustains all our needs - it just can sustains all our greeds....

God - the planet and love belongs to us all as well as safety - security and sanity

continue to clear and clean and purify and give no more energy to the "vampires" in control of our major institutions -

The basic premise is that one day people stop dying...

The BBC and the Starz channels produced it since 2006

No one is dying and the series is what takes place....because of that...

I awake and go into the "Prayers of Gratitude..."

I count my blessings...
I thank the loving creator - God-Spirit - Universe which holds and contains and protects us all...

I also make a prayer list and pray for others...

I do these "Spiritual Exercises" to maintain a healthy - "Spiritual Condition"

Those of you who read my blog - What is your Spiritual Condition ? Today ?

We "practice" - We have a Spiritual Practice...

I have many Spiritual practices thru out the day...and even the night...

It seems to me that life here in this reality is capped off by sleeping - going to sleep - waking up from the sleep...

I contemplate - why do we need to sleep...
well, Life is truly stimulating even without the "Stimulants" that we all crave - right ?

In American culture - (The Culture of Insanity) ?

In my neighborhood there are 6-7 Starbuks coffee portals ? shops -

We like to "load up" on caffeine - coffee and sugar make up somewhat High -
we have invented "Energy Drinks"
people drink Red Bull and Vodka after work -

I do not disparage any of this - frankly I'am of the mind - "The Detached mind..."

I have trained myself to simply "Observe..." things and always trying to observe things as they are - not as I'am..."

Our Judgements of people and ideas and things is primarily what makes our frame of mind...

Truly - I'am miserable if I go thru my day thinking - the world should be one way or another...

I try to connect to a "Power greater than myself..." as they say - a "Higher Power"

A power that I believe is infinite and yet personable to myself as well...

The story of humanity - seems to me : We like violence - this is a truly violent planet and humans have bee trained to be violent - but I dont think we are naturally violent -

We obviously like the "Stimulant" of sexual arousal...look at the media - we are aroused by advertising all day long...

I believe we need so much sleep because we need to rest our minds and bodies - yes - A simply statement of fact...

This world is so full of things of wonder and beauty....
awesome things - intense things - and extremes...

We like EXTREME things...films and people and ideas - the world is always jacked up on War and War-like Adrenaline...

our Adrenaline systems make awesome chemicals that make everything seem clear and intense when we are flight or fight mode...

We like to worship a 2D God I think sometimes - a projection of human qualities onto a "Deity" that is all knowing and infinite --

I believe there are male and female aspects to Divine energy and the universe and God - I do not believe that God is a man or human or white - for that matter -

Jesus was not a frail white man -- he was actually buffed and tan and probably had brown eyes...and black or brown hair -

who is the Ultimate power ?? Jesus Buddha Allah ??

Mother nature has a spirit - she is an awesome power....

I believe there are no clear cut answers about "Absolute Truth..."

I believe our lives are framed out by our intentions - and the respective -- responses from those intentions -
If we send out Love we get love returned - (most of the Time...)

We see things as We are not as they are....

I try to remember that and honor the people I come across thru out my day...

Affirmation:

"I send out love to all living things - so that all suffering may cease...."

I say affirmations to guide my mind - my mind can become over loaded and even unstable if I do not "Guide" it throughout the day...

I do not allow my thoughts and mind to be "Carried" away by my judgements on the how or why or the world - the world - is fine the way it is....

yes - sometimes I wish and pray for the world to be full of love - I watch the media and wonder why we seem to broadcast tragedy all day long and war as well...

The Common Experience.

Prayer and Meditation - Prayer and Meditation...

It seems to me that alot of my days are spent solitary - in "Spiritual Practice..."

Detatched from the world in a sense - simply trying to maintain the Buddhist tenet of "The Middle Path..."

I maintain several blogs and profile on social networking sights for my Tv show: "KirkTV"as well as updating a Twitter account logging on to journal my thoughts and impressions about the nature of the World - myself - this planet and my daily "channeling" for this blog specifically...

I look around at my apartment - the dishes are not cleaned - the clothes are in piles - sometimes I neglect my body - and eating habits as well...

It's a daily commitment - and then re-commitment that takes practice - patience and dilligence...to maintain it all...

It's overwhlming....and I ask myself - "Where's it all going ??"

I have been meditating now on a daily basis for more than 10 years and been writing on a daily basis for more than 25 years...everyday - without fail...

I seem to be consistent in a few things: My "quest" for Spiritual Wisdom and knowing and my desire to communicate it all to the world - its seems "genetic" inbred and even at times compulsive....

I ask myself - "How does it all boil down and distill Kirk??"

"what REALLY the "Bottom Line..."

The Bottom Line - I'am truly happy to report sitting here at this time and space - knowing what I know now:

God the Universe - Great Spirit - has many names - faces and aspects and "In Body" we can guess at how awesome this Divine Intelligence" is but never truly "Know" it in a corporeal sense...

The Physical body has limits - limits that our souls do not...

I'am of the mind thru my Spiritual yearning inclined to believe that truly life here is simply a giant - beautiful - wonderful "Light show" for our benefit and it couldnt be more awesome....

I think of music and animals - the love I have for my companion - history of this planet - art - drama - films and food and the ocean and the sky - I love the weather and the "drama" of storms and fog and cityscapes at night...the list is endless....

where was I ?? what was I thinking when I was basically "suicidal" and could only think of destroying myself and ending my time here for most of my life ??

From about 12 years old or so I had a true and unforgiving and constant "Death Wish..."

I wanted out - the stimulation and over stimulation of feelings and energies in the Cosmos - on the planet and in my family was really too - too much for my to process and handle...

Being infinitely a True "Psychic - Empath - Emotional sensitive" and being in my teens there was really no one that could have pulled me from the depths of despair and feeling alone - having a faint memory and notion of God -- being at one with God - I remembered the "Other side..." and in comparison to this world juxtaposed against what we agree to call: "Heaven..." I was living in a "Living Hell..."

No one could show me the way out - painfully "Psychic" as I was and empathetic as well: I was soaking up the pain and fear and feelings of everyone around me....

It was like being inundated with a constant and un-ending barrage of feelings and thoughts - almost like having a "Cosmic-Conciousness..." but not having the benefit of any World wisdom - Spiritual practice or the grounding effect of the Common Experience...of the Spiritual journey -

Indigo Children....

the basic idea of the Indigo Children....is that they are - ahhh WE are highly evolved Spiritual Beings....who began to incarnate - according to the basic "Mythology" of the "Indigos..." in the mid 1960's....

When I read some of the indicators and lists of what Indigos are I felt incredible relief that I was not alone...but this was not until the advent of the internet and access to the web...

before that time you had to speak face to face with people and actually go out - go outside - yikes ! and find the books and places that could help you to understand who and what you were....

What WAS I ??

I always knew I was:

Different

Queer

Strange

other
other-worldly

cosmic

not present

spaced-out

did I say not Normal ?? or yeah Strange....and indeed I was....

I truly was not like other people and my father once told me that "Youll never fit in anywhere...Your a "Mis-fit...and there is no place in the world for a Mis-fit..."

I was branded - was I insane ??? going to go off the rails ??

I became draker and darker and it seemed like a blakc could of doubt and misery and loneliness became my constant companion...

and only friend....I would go to the bitter end...
awash at 16 years old in a budding cocaine addiction and alcoholic drinking as well....in a retarded attempt to quell all that was going on in my mind and body and spirit....

my parents God bless them were baffled by my presence more often than not and this was the 60's when I grew up so you were as a matter of course just expected to be: "Normal..." (Zombie) and fit in with the other boys and thw world and "Conform" to societies ideals and ideas of what a "Red-Blooded all American "Guy" was supposed to be like...

YIKES.....

nothing could have been further away fron what I was or whatI saw and did and said...

I think my parents were afraid of me sometimes because I was so intelligent and knowing...
I was a little Harry Potter in a world full of "Muggles..." and of course the Muggles hated me - didntlike me tolerated me and were even angry and out to get me...or something to that effect...

I had the thought somehwere in the back of my mind: (in my teens)
"I have to leave this place and find MY people..."

What the hell did that mean ??
but there it was - "one day I will find MY people....other people "out there" like me...whatever me was...

?????

and so the journey of the "Fool..." began and my quest rambled on....

like an out of control vehicle crashing into things and people only to move along - drive faster and then crash again -- getting totally mentally - emotionally spiritually bashed up and falling down the "Rabbit Hole..." never knowing that I could take the REd Pill" and find Morpheus the God of Dreams...and turn the nightmare I was living into a dream of flow and beauty....

"the Drama of Darkness"

The drama is the memory of the "Other Side..."

I remember as I took upon myself to began journaling my thoughts and feeling and Contemplations around 12 years old...on that certain day having felt touched by something "Higher..." was it God - A God - angels and my Higher self sitting here now in 2011 looking back to 1972...offering encouragement and hope to my 12 year old self -- that I wrote out:

"My goal is to "Know everything..."

to have all the experiences of life....
or something to that effect...

I knew even back then that this was not the "regular" or Normal thoughts and writings of an adolescent boy male...

hence - in 1973 the other boys wanted or your parents wanted for you to become - a specifically Male oriented profession...

baseball player

The President

dentist ??

football player -
doctor -

there I was on the side of my parents house - a house that I never felt comfortable in...it was very clear - the energy in this house and the general feeling was :
"your not wanted..."

was it a Karmic....overtone from another life - ??

the general atmosphere of the planet - did it come from my family....God ??

some malefic force that opposed me - in the universe....I dont know

but I did feel it and sense it -- everywhere....

I was something to be hidden and strange to be quelled and shunned and changed and forced to fit in and conform - and I resisted it with all my 12 year old might and mind...

I felt tiny in a giant unending whirlpool of cosmic downpour and other worldly inundation information...always calling me to go: "Home..."

"I want to go Home..."
"I'am ready to go Home..." I told my parents standing in our kitchen one afternoon just blurting out the statement - as if it came out of the other side of my mouth or from some unknown source....

"I want to go Home....HOME...Now..."

My parents did not have a clue how to respond to that.....

My mother remarked - "sweetheart....We are home..."

"No." I said -- "My Home..."

uh---ohhh.....

I could see the true and actual panic shot thru my Mom and Dad....

(What the HELL??????????)

(Our child is the Demon Seed - a freak of nature....hes pocessed - hes a "Devil..." what in God's name do we have on our hands....for him to say something like that ??"

yeah -- it was a true and solid - "
Uhhh-ooooohhhh how do we ever deal with this...??

I insisted - "I wanna go home now - my home -- the REAL home...." and then there
was a silence in the room and between us that truly none of us have ever recovered from...that has lasted between us three even to this day....

"What on Earth ??????"

I saw the quizzical puzzled look on my Dad's face that flooded my psyche - almost repulsive and definitely rejecting....of my entire existence...

(Our Son is an "Alien" Alien child ??....) WTF????

yeah before the meme was ever coined....on the internet - WTF?????

my Dad's face said it all - "What the Fuck....?"

So it was Definitely solidified in all of us - I did not truly belong to this world...

My parents did not thank God -- attribute this episode and my statement to me being "Evil..." in the classic "Christian" sense...

once again "Thank God" in every way imaginable...
carting me off to an Exorcist...or beating the Evil out of me as some I have met have suffered - or making me go to church or have consuel with a priest who probably would have made me pray to Jesus and then promptly proceeded to sexually abuse me and violate me -
on the altar as so many other boys have had happen to them....A little Heretic...

freak - yes Our kid is a freak.....maybe hell grow out it -

We never spoke of that day again - but like I said -- it was always there....in one form or another....and the imperative to "Do something" to fix it....

In another Universe my parents perhaps would have rejoiced - and cried out --
"Weve got a Spiritual Genius" on our hands....!!!!!

Weve got an ascending Angel - in our midst - we must do everything to help him....

It also could have been - Weve given birth to a true prodigy of some sort - and its our duty to lead him to the tools he needs in order to hone his craft and polish his Spiritual Gift --

I mean -- really -- what would two suburban parents in Southern California on the 1970's think about having a Son that was basically the "Child of No one...."

Some strange "Gypsy" Witch ?? budding homo-sexual poet artist and "Medium" trance medium healer - lightworker -- "Indigo" child supposed to think or feel or do ??

We all stumbled thru the mess with my parents slowly coming to the conclusion that I was probably an artist - they were pure and genius I might add "capitalists..."

steeped in the material world and having acquired all its fineries and trappings - money - the big house and the "Happy family" it all looked perfect I suppose excpet for this one snag...

talk about a cosmic joke on all of us....

I'am 12 years old - I remember it had just rained and the gutters were over flowing with water and life and leaves and colors - and I remember gazing deep into the rushing waters and the flow of the gutter water....swirling along and sensing the freshness that comes after a hard downpour....

I feel into the "Zone..." the colors of the wet grass...the clarity of the water and it's motions and worms floating forward.....the dirt resting below - I guess I was connecting to the Earth Shaman within....

and suddenly I looked over to the neighbors trash cans - they had thrown out a large - dinning room table type candle - with a wide base - the candle was only burned down a quarter of the way...
I seized this treasure - found some matches - and hurried into the sideyard where I had built a "fort" A kids Fort....where I could write and think outside of the "Energy" of my parents house....

I had fashioned a table there from an old door -- and I lit the candle...and then sat down and peered deeply into the flame....

I closed my eyes - distant nebulous "memories" filtered around me vague yet familiar I was indeed about to have my First "Meditation Experience...."

and I did - I closed my eyes - and went in deep....it was awesome - the noise was quelled and everything seemed to be at one....I had found something but didnt know what it was...
I had never been exposed even to other artists or creative Spiritual people let alone any Eastern Philosophies about the Buddha or meditation practices...

but here I was 12 or 13 naturally going into a meditation and it felt totally and perfectly where my "Home..." was....

My home was here - in this trance - this candle - this light - and I basked in it and a door opened where I knew eventually I could get back "Home..."

or it was simply a matter of finding the "doorway..." to get there....

but of course the door way would close and be what seemed surrounded and protected by the blackest darkness one could imagine....

Suddenly I was called back to "Earth...."

"What are you doing > ????"

my Mom's voice I heard and then opened my eyes....and the Trance was gone - she had pulled back the sheet that was the door to my fort - Sacred Space ?? and watched me doing another strange thing....

sitting in front of a candle and praying and meditating - "What are you doing ??""

my face flushed - I turned bright red and fell again into despair at having the magic doorway slammed shut -- but her ahhh ?? violation...of my first:
"Spiritual practice..."

"what are you doing ??"

my Mom asked...

I opened my eyes and it was clear I felt I had dome something wrong or strange yet again - something I would have to regret publicly and admit yet gain that I was cast as the freak in the otherwise freak show of the modern suburban family - I was cast as the head freak...and thus began my parents insistence thatI walk around in a state of apology which to them I suppose - was the least I could do by burdening them with my freak-like strange presence....

"what are you doing ??"

"Ohh uhhh nothing just looking at a candle..." I said - I could feel my energy just drain out me forever in that minute - it was a conspiracy --

any other parents would have I guess wanted to catch their kids playing - "Doctor..."

fooling around - experimenting sexually and pulling down their pants or asking the girls to see their breasts -- or even touch them...
I think my parents would have been ecstatic at having discovered thatI was doing "Normal" thing like that - but No....

The budding -- retarded Dali-lama child is sitting on the side of the house staring into candles....

once again like i said: it was another - "WTF???"

Who do you trust and what do you believe ??

Why is it that we handed: "Belief Systems." ???

When it all boils down - what do you really believe ??

It seems as if the World and "Matrix" of pre-fabricated - systems - doctrines and belief systems - money systems - health systems - political systems are now being
"re-Organized" ? if that the right word...

I watch cable tv or view popular media or the quote - unquote - "News" and I think to myself...

the news casters are repeating words that someone tells them to repeat...
they are wearing make up - and the lighting is designed to make them look young - or hot or fresh or larger than they are...

Perspective - who's perspective are we seeing...?

you watch one News channel - it totally "Pro-War..."

there is always a "War" going on and they show you - the "War..."

the war on drugs
the war in the middle East...

The War on "The Moral Decline of America..."

I think to myself - who made all this shit up - anyway...

You read the News...it's not really News - who decided this or that -- is or was news "worthy" for that day or hour ??

The systems - all seem to be in place or designed to dis-empower us ??

The Religious belief systems - what are they ultimately saying: ??

when we are born - is it simply - the "Luck of the draw..."
or what our parents teach us that forms and designs our perspectives of reality ??

the news has nothing to do with ultimate reality --

???

The Truth ?

hard facts

the act is the fact - ??

Is reality based on perspective ??

We have bank accounts and credit card accounts - the agreements seem to change wvery other week - WTF?
who cant keep track of all the "shady" shit the bankers and stock brokers are doing ??

Given the current world banking situation it seems to me like all the lies and false hoods and deceptions are falling away -

We are in the time of the "Revealing..."

the energy os this reality is now changing so fast we dont have the time to ponder it - contemplate it or see the deceptions and lies...

you look at a magazine and see models and actors - on the printed page - they look big and beautiful and full of power and light - love ??

but if you see them walking on the street they look nothing like what you see on the printed page...

the images of their image has been manipulated and change and photo shopped and altered - but we are expected to take in the image - and compare it to ourselves - ??

how do we measure up ?
how will we try to re-Create ourselves and bodies next to all the "Superstars..." that we deify and worship...??

the world is War...it is at war with lies and illusions - and it seems like so much is being revealed -

things come to light - ???

We are supposed to be a Christian nation ?? then on the other hand America promises free of speech and religious worship or belief...

but you are forced to accept a version of reality where the "FACTS" never seems to add up....

I believe the "World" is a good place...but it seems like the Truth is in short supply...
people lie for money

greed is one reason why we suffer in this reality ???

this planet is addicted to gasoline because of greed -

we are all addicted to drugs and medications because of greed...
Greed is what deceives us everyday....

and when everything is said and done -- we all seems to create pollution and death

it all seems to lead down a path of pollution and death ??

if not rape - ??

the church rapes us with lies about God - "God"
the news rapes us with lies

the Govt rapes us with lies and deceptions and illusions

Debt - what is debt on paper - ??
A promise ??

Is the banking systems designed to enslave us all - raping us of our life forces and time and security and serenity ??

Affirmation - Contemplation....

I live in a world where Love is the power...

I restore and ask to be restored to:

Spiritual Intelligence

Emotional Intelligence

financial truth and Intelligence...

mental intelligence

people should not be afraid of the government - the government should be afraid of its people...

I dont provide hard and fast answers to anything but I do ponder and know and filter the world thru my own truth that everything is a lie - or deception or Illusion...

Its called - in one system -- "Maya..."

I think that we love the Illusion - we go to moveis to see Illusions and fantastic visions and dreams -

this world is not full of truth - I feel safe to say that...

so I would urge you to simply just allow the Truth of what you need to know to be revealed by:

Higher - "Divine Intelligence..."

we shed "light" on things -

Shine light on things and then we see them as they are....

I thank God the Universe and all the Higher Powers for this world - but I also know that this world is simply a beautiful dream...
a vision

and sometimes a nightmare...

5. Mastering the illusion of REQUIREMENT

Mastering the fifth illusion

The fifth illusion, the illusion of Requirement, may be used to experience that there is nothing you have to do to know and experience Who You Really Are.

Only by doing those things that you imagine you are required to do to make life work can you come to a complete knowing that none of it is necessary.

Ask those among you who are very old. Ask those who have danced the dance and toed the line and obeyed the rules. They will give you their advice in three words.

“Disobey the rules.”

They will not hesitate. Their counsel wil be quick and clear.

“Color outside the lines.”

“Don’t be afraid.”

“Listen to your heart.”

“Don’t let anyone tell you what to do.”

At the end of your life you will know that nothing you have done will matter – only who you have been while you have done it.

Have you been happy? Have you been kind? Have you been gracious? Have you been caring, and compassionate, and considerate of others? Have you been generous, and sharing, and - most of all – have you been loving?

You will see that it is who you have been, not what you have done, that matters to your soul. And you will see that it is your soul, after all, that is Who You Are.

Yet the illusion of Requirement, the idea that there are things you must do, can serve to motivate your mind while you are with your body. It is useful as long as you understand at some level that it is an illusion, and that nobody has to do anything that they don’t want to do.

For most people this truth is both incredibly freeing and incredibly frightening. The fear is that if human beings were really allowed to do only what they wanted to do, nothing that truly needs to be done would ever get done.

Who would take the garage out?

Seriously.

Who would do the things that nobody wants to do?

That is the question, that is the fear. Humans believe that, left to their own devices, people would not do what needs to be done to keep life going.

That fear is unfounded. Humans, it would be discovered, are pretty wonderful beings. And in a community where there were no rules, no regulations, and no requirements, there would still be plenty of people who would do the things that need to be done. In fact, there would be very few who would not, for they would be uncomfortable being known as non-contributors.

And that is what would change if there were no rules, regulations, or requirements. What would change is not what is being done, but why it is being done.

The “why” of doing would be altered.

Instead of doing things because they are told they must, humans would do what they do because they choose to, as an expression of Who They Are.

This is, in truth, the only real reason to do anything. But it reverses the entire doing-being paradigm. The way humans have constructed the paradigm, one does something, and then one is something. Under the new paradigm, one is something, and then one does something.

One is happy, and then one does what a happy person does. One is responsible, and then one does what a responsible person does. One is kind, and then one does what a kind person does.

One does not do responsible things in order to be responsible. One does not do kind things in order to be kind. This only leads to resentment (“After all I’ve done!”), because it assumes that all the doing will be rewarded.

And that is precisely what you have deemed the purpose of heaven.

Heaven has been held out as your eternal reward for all the things you have done while on Earth – and for not doing the things you were “ not supposed to do.” So you have decided that there must also be a place for people who have not done good things, or who have done things they were not supposed to do. You have called this place hell.

Now I come to tell you this: There is no such place as hell. Hell is a state of being. It is the experience of separation from God, an imagining that you are separate from your very self and cannot be reunited. Hell is forever trying to find your self.

What you have called heaven, too, is a state of being. It is the experience of Oneness, the ecstasy of reunification with All That Is. It is the knowing of the true self.

There are no requirements for heaven. That is because heaven is not a place that you get to, it is a place that you are in, always. Yet you can be in heaven (Oneness with All) and not know it. Indeed, most of you are.

This can be changed, but not be something you are doing. It can only be changed by something that you are being.

This what is meant by, “There is nothing you have to do.” There is nothing to do but be.

And there is nothing to be but One.

The amazing thing is that when you are being One with everything, you wind up doing all the things you thought you “had to do” in order to receive the reward you thought you had to do, and for, others only those things that you would do to and for yourself. And you would not do to others what you would not want done to you. When you are being One, you are realizing – that is, making real – the idea that there is no “other.”

Yet even being One is not “required.” You cannot be required to be what you already are. If you have blue eyes, nobody can make you have blue eyes. If you are six feet tall, no one can force you to be six feet tall. And if you are One with everything, you cannot be required to be.

Therefore, there is no such thing as Requirement.

Requirement does not exist.

Who would do the requiring? And of whom would it be required? There is only God.

I Am That I am, and there is nothing else that is.

Use the illusion of Requirement to notice that there can be nothing that is truly required. You cannot know and experience freedom from Requirement if you have nothing but freedom from Requirement. You will seek to imagine, therefore, that certain things are required of you.

This you have done very well. You have created a God who demands perfection of you, and who requires you to come to Him in only a certain way, through particular rituals, all of which are carefully prescribed. You must say the exact and perfect words; do the exact and perfect things. You must live in a particular way.

Having created the illusion that such requirements exist in order to acquire my love, you are now beginning to experience the indescribable joy of knowing that none of this is necessary.

You will notice this by observing that “rewards” often come to people on Earth whether they “do what they are supposed to do” or not. The same is true of what you imagine your rewards to be in your afterlife. Yet your experience in the afterlife is not a reward, it is an outcome. It is the natural result of a natural process called Life.

When you become clear about this, you will understand free will at last.

In that moment, you will know that your true nature is freedom. You will never again confuse love with Requirement, for true love requires nothing.

Always remember that.

True love requires nothing.

The Pineal Gland And Shamanism

The Pineal Gland has for long been associated with Esoteric Knowledge surrounding the spiritual, metaphysical aspects of consciousness and the self. René Descartes, who dedicated much time to the study of the pineal gland, called it the "Seat of the Soul". He believed that it was the point of connection between the intellect and the body.

The Pineal Gland is a cone-shaped pea that sits on the roof of the 3rd ventricle of the brain, directly behind the root of the nose (3rd eye chakra) floating in a small lake of cerebrospinal fluid. It is our body's biological clock and has been called a window of the brain because, as with all mid-line structures bordering the 3rd and 4th ventricles of the brain, it doesn't have a blood-brain barrier. Instead it relies on a constant supply of blood via, considering its miniscule size, a particularly rich vascular network. It was considered for many years to be as redundant as our appendix but this theory is brought sharply into question because, in our body's infinite wisdom, the pineal gland has been supplied with the best blood, oxygen and nutrient mix available other than that received by our kidneys!

It acts as a receiving mechanism capable of monitoring electro-magnetic fields and helping align bodies in space. With its central hormone, MELATONIN, the pineal not only regulates sleep/ wake cycles and the aging process, but also appears to act as the Mistress Gland (sofia)* orchestrating the body's entire endocrine system and thus, energetically speaking, the chakra system. It is also responsible for shamanic states, visions, kundalini awakening e.t.c.

The pineal gland is unique in that it sits alone in the brain whose other parts are paired. It is the first gland to be formed in the foetus and is distinguishable at 3 weeks. When our individual life force enters our foetal body at 7 weeks, the moment in which we become truly human, it passes through the pineal and triggers the first primordial flood of DMT ( N-dimethyltryptamine). Later, at birth, the pineal releases more DMT. DMT is also capable of mediating pivotal experiences of deep meditation, shamanic states of consciousness, psychoses, spiritual emergence and near death experiences.

The pineal gland begins to harden with calcified tissue starting at adolescence. These strange calcified deposits between 3-5 mm are called “brain sand”. There are asymmetrical crystals in the pineal gland that are ‘piezo-electric' - that is, they send out electronic voltage creating EM waves. Whenever a person is exposed to an EMF (electro-magnetic field) such as that of the earth the gland vibrates, sending out EM signals to the rest of the body. When the pineal gland is stimulated geomagnetically it produces alkaloids similar to plant psychedelics. Any strong change in the earth's EMF will produce a rush of psychedelics in our bodies enabling us to be more psychically active in shamanic states (earth/ land receptive).

The pineal gland is effected by coherent EM fields and it changes its hormone production when exposed to EM at low levels. As the earth has the greatest effect of any force on our physiology it makes sense that the cells of our body and brain align with it. All life within the envelope of earth's vibrational influence attempts to match base-frequencies (entrainment) with that of the earth. To this end, each of our cells is constantly shifting patterns of energy to achieve harmonic resonance with the reference signals of our earth. Our bodies are truly amazing and they are intimately co-dependent with the earth and all its inhabitants. Our bodies are miraculous organs of phenomenal complexity and awesome ability. We are made up of multiple trillions of molecules, each vibrating with its own intelligence, all interlinked just as our universe is interlinked and interconnected. We reflect the whole. A picture may be beginning to emerge as to how we reach shamanic states through the wisdom of our body in tune with the earth.

When we experience a shamanic journey our pulse rate increases at the same time that our blood pressure drops. This is also what happens as the body is preparing to die. As the life-force leaves our body through the pineal gland, another flood of DMT is released. I believe that the initial stages of a shamanic journey replicate this near death experience and so triggers DMT release in the brain.

(NOTE: Yagé or ayahuasca, a brew made from so called ‘spirit vine' which is used as a ‘plant teacher' by shaman to induce shamanic states, is virtually the chemical equivalent of DMT in humans.)

I believe that shamanic work combined with breath work brings large volumes of oxygen and life-force into the bloodstream and, because of its excellent blood-supply, the pineal gland receives much stimulation from the oxygen/ prana drenched blood causing it to resonate/ vibrate thereby stimulating the release of DMT, our body's own powerful psychedelic. Lore has it that the pineal gland is the gateway into the soul. An energy vortex; a meeting place between psyche and soma, soul and body.

Ancient people knew of the importance of the pineal gland. Is there is "Conspiracy" to take over the world and "Enslave" the human race ??

Some say that a "One world Government is going to be installed and that our world is racing toward "totalitarianism" ???

It's a scary and frightening thought to ponder...

Supposedly there is a group of people known as the: "Illuminati"
This group is according to "Conspiracy" theorists Fully awake and Conscious Creators designing and manifesting a reality where they alone will be able to control the energy and water and food supply...

I can not say for a fact that this is true but I often ponder why the world and the Matrix of the reality seems to be constructed against you being healthy or alive or awake - or conscious or your potential to create your own reality...

If there is a "Conspiracy" it would most definitely be to cloud your mind and steep you forever to live in a world of Illusion and poison...

I was reading an article about Fluoride in the water and the article stated that Fluoride ends up concentrated in the Pineal gland of the human body...

The Pineal gland is the "God" connection supposedly the way we experience light and God-Consciousness...

The Pineal gland is also responsible for regulating how we sleep and are connected to certain rythmic vibrations...

Is the conspiracy to keep us all dis-connected and insane and a sleep ??
On certain days it does seem like everyone's mind is clouded...

A Vision for you....

what is your Vision of life and reality ?

What version of Reality do you wish to exist in and live out ??

Do "Visualizations" actually work ?

Can you really manifest the life of your dreams ??

New agers and new age speak tells us or seems to inform us that the life of our dreams can be ours with Affirmations and visualizations...

Iam not sure if we create ALL of our reality but we are definitely a "Co-Creator" with the Universe - the "God-Spirit" Goddess and Higher Divine Energies...

What is God's will for us and individuals and what is God's will for us as a "Collective soul" ??

"A Dream is an invitation from God..." ever heard that saying ??

Some say that if you desire something or day dream about something happening or having something then you are meant to have it...

well, with a few qualifiers I might add...

I dont believe that causing another person or animal to suffer would ever be "God's will..."

We have our wills but sometimes we think or behave with our "Bottom-line" mind or act in our "Bottom-line" behavior....versus our "Top-Line" behavior...

Some people claim that whatever happens is God-will or "God's Will"

Some people claim to "know" God's will for you or me or everyone...

?????

I cant say and I dont want to get into that conversation --

While we are "IN body" here in this reality - we have agreed or so they say to the limitaion of the body -- the flesh....

perhaps our minds and spirits are unlimited...but "the flesh is weak..."

The physical body does have limitations...

we can not know everything or do everything while in body...

on the other hand - allowing your mind to be programmed to live in fear and dis-ease and misery is not God's will in my opinion...

I believe alot of people deform themselves because of "Societal" myths or certain religions enforce limitations on who or what we should be...

Unlimited Reality....

A reality of Abundance rather than "Scarcity..."

How about an unlimited "Life-force...." or unconditional Love ?
or unconditional health ??

the experts and mental health "doctors" make us ill when they constrict or limit our realities...

they seems to label EVERYTHING a mental dis-ease...

without providing us with viable and truthful definitions of Spiritual health or emotional health or mental health...

WTF??

thus we are left as a culture and society wondering what to do - how to be and what is the truth and truth of of time here and being - and Higher connections to God...?

Doctors claim to heal or the ability to heal anything with drugs...

and pretend or behave as if the mind and the spirit have nothing to do with this process...

and what about love - doesn't love heal ??

imagine paying your therapist to give you love ??

Some therapists actually are true and real healers...

so heres my plug for you to let go of any limitations to your reality...

to allow yourself along with your higher power to create or Co-Create the life you know belongs to you....

it seems like alot of drama if we are truly Immortal...then why should we even create the drama of the event of death ??

what if the whole point was and is to simply have an "experience" in the material world ??

to see the sights - ? hear the sounds and experience the abundance of sensations and feelings of what it is to be "In Body..." at this time ??

We are not stuck - the "opression" that has been inserted into our minds and the programming for us to give up our light and energies and bodies to darkness and dark entities is now coming to a close...

As healers and mystics we are born to help and born to heal...
We are natural "Empaths" and we intuitively know when a person needs to be healed...

but how are we healing the person ?

Are we pulling their fear and pain into our own bodies ??

We heal by bringing an opposing energy around the person...

we bring Light - "Holy Light" to the person...

As healers we also need to be aware that we also need to be healed first...

The concept of being: A healed healer...

We put others before us because we believe that is true devotion and charity...

yes and no...

If we are not healthy and healed then our "channel" which is ourself...will not be clear...

"Restored to Sanity..."

Being Sane and being in a state of Sanity...is a state of being Clean and "Sanitary..."

Healing comes thru us - the healing energy is a "Divine energy..."
if we are always working off of our own power we get depleted...

We are not "God" but Divine healing can come thru us when we direct it...

When we heal others we get a healing as well if we are allowing the Higher energy to come thru us...
If we are not we get dirty auras...we pick up energies that are toxic and dark...
part of of journey is to understand that we also need to be healed and keep our house our bodies clean and clear...

Our healing powers are a gift to others - our work is to keep our channels clear...

this is why we charge people for our healing energies and gifts - because we have to take the time to learn about the how and why of our gifts...

we have to get the knowledge and practice and do the footwork to learn about the gift...
Spiritual healing gifts do not come with a set of instructions...
sometimes it takes an entire life of classes and prayers and meditations to become powerful healers...

so we charge for our time because then we are respected and we respect ourselves...we respect the amounts of time and energies that we put into learning our crafts...the knowledge of how to use our gifts...

sure there are fakes and con-men and gypsies that are trying to simply con people out of their money...they give legitimate healers a bad name...
but we do not concern ourselves with those people..

we simply focus on ourselves and maintain our integrity and do the work required to maintain ourselves...and our lives so we can be clean and clear...

it takes work - so we charge for our time...
and then we allow the healing and divine to work thru us...we do not give our time away for free...

I used to do this and I begin to resent having the gifts...and so began to shut myself off from people - I felt that I had no choice in who I was healing...

that I had to heal anyone that came along...and I got depleted and tired and bogged down...

It didnt seem right to me - other people charged for their time and services but because my service was Divinely inspired I felt I had to be at the beckon call of anyone and everyone who asked....

true there are people that I simply do pray for and heal without asking for a fee but not all people - not anymore...

I have taken a lifetime - of countless hours refining my healing practices and services and so I charge for what I do...
and the truth is I can not truly describe how I heal people but I know that do because they tell me that I do...

One of my gifts is to get people Unstuck...

sometimes in one session or three they're energy is freed up and they are free to move forward...

try getting that out of a "regular" therapist at 150$ or 200 dollars and hour
??

for three or four months...right ??

In any event I hope I have said something here today to help my fellow healers and mystics and yes this blog is free...

Being in recovery from addictions it seems like sometimes we are split - between a nether world of light and dark...

I think that sometimes we like to allow everything to get to the point of needing Divine Help..."

Some one has done studies to allow dogs to smell people's bodies and dogs can sniff where there is dis-ease...

Does "Dis-ease" or death have a smell??

being as spiritually and psychic as I'am your "Psychic Receptors" are found in the nose and forehead and eyes...

so our my sense of smell is truly ultra heightened in a psychic person...

Prayer list: Adam, Alex, John, Kim, these are people in what I would call a deep truama at the moment - I'am praying for them and sending them Light and Sanity and Love and peace and connection...

I have had days when I awoke feeling "dark" and depressed and well, "Not Sane..."

so finally when I had enough of those mornings the idea came to me that I should pray for other people instead of focusing on a mood that may or may not even belong to me...
So I began my daily prayer list.

I dont do the prayer list everyday but on certain days it seems right as a "Spiritual Practice..."

The world is an overwhelming place...a wonderful - new - old - curious - frightening - scary healing swirl of emotions and sensations and colors and sounds and lights...

Contemplation: Since the beginning of time there always seems to be mystical and spiritual and magical people...
there is always an "Oracle..." in the royal palace...A Spiritual advisor to the king or queen...

Spiritually gifted people are a part of time and history and are inter-woven into the fabric of life...

and so it is as well today...
even recently in the whitehouse in washington a former "First Lady" Nancy Reagan was known to consult Psychics on when and where her husband the President should do or go or be seen on certain dates...

I suppose this is a valid topic here on this blog because it gives weight and validity to us Mystics and Psychics who feel that there is no place for us in the larger scheme of things...

quite the contrary...
We are choosen to be in the mix as a Special participant with our gifts - it seems ludicris to believe that we are freaks or devils or mis-fits with no place to go and be...

No.
We are highly evolved in one aspect of the human soul and spirit and we have a function and the world could not function without people like us...

We may not always know exactly where we fit in and sometimes we may hide our gifts but this is not "God-Spirit's" will for us...

The church was always afraid of anyone who knew they had a connection to God - Godess Higher spirit or Higher realms and yet they also consulted us thru the ages for our wisdoms and esoteric knowledge and other-worldly connections...

there are too also stories of people like:
Merlin
Joan of Arc
the Egyptian Oracle Priests
Tesla
Houdini

there is almost always a "Witch" as in the story of MCBeth there are 3 Witches..

and in most great stories a Mystical or magical or Spiritual perosn plays an important role...

Since I grew up in the 60's and 70's back then anyone who was "Differnet" was considered a "Freak" who exhibited psychic abilities or saw auras...

It was a hard road to haul having to always hide who and what you were...

alas now We can relax and gently and safely "Come out" to who we are and what God-Spirit's plan is for us and where we can help...

I use my "powers" for good...and for Light...
and I invite you to make the conscious choice to do the same as well...

there will always be this Spiritual Component to the human psyche and there is likewise a bitter and deep penalty for trying to ignore it...

Religion can not supply the missing ingrediants in our Spirit that yearsn for God-Spirit although it has tried to severe that connection...it can not - it will always be there....

Last night on cable there was a "Holistic" healer speaking about...

how the mind and body and spirit can not be separated.

It was a great reminder to me that everything is indeed connected and no part can be separated from the other...

The Holistic practitioner was explaining that if the body is "sick" then Holistic medicine needs to treat the entire person...

"Integrative Medicine..."

I often wonder "How much" of physical dis-ease is actually from the "Mind..."

So what would have to happen in the mind for there to be a:
"Spontaneous Remission..."
of a certain "Dis-ease ??"

Instant Miracle of Healing...

so - our minds can not be separated from our bodies...

hence then - our body is our mind is our spirit...

and accordingly then our thoughts are also our bodies and our minds...

being an empath I know that I have a connection to other people thoughts and feelings...

and in certain cases I even feel the pains in their bodies... even though I know it is their pain and "Not mine..."

What if we all lived in a "reality" or world where there was no - "dis-ease..."

A disease free planet...

Wow. I guess that would be a true heaven on Earth - right ??

I used to believe that simply because I had "choosen" to "incarnate" into the "Material world.." that I was in a state of dis-ease...

That I had fallen into a state of fear...
or

that somehow the material world was dis-eased or

that I had fallen from "Grace..." because I happened to be in a "material" body...here in this life...

I seem to recollect other "realities..."
where I was not "material" or memories of the "other side..."

Memories where everything was light and beautiful and flowing...

A time when I was only - Spirit...

I try to recall that "Vibration..."
it is or was in my vision pure Love...

the pure vibration of Love...
I would like to experience that "in body..." or "re-create" it here in this life or perhaps with a life partner -- but so far it seems fleeting...

and only momentary....

having had five "Near-death" experiences...I can attest that when you begin to cross-over to the other side...an unlimited Light and Love surrounds you...or is finally "Revealed..."

perhaps perfect health is "revealed" to us - perhaps it is always there waiting for us to claim it ??

In any event these are my contemplations today....

How can I claim or remain in that "Vibration" and "Divine Knowledge" of being a
"Creator" / "Divine being" while still maintaining my Physical form here ??

question: Is any dis-ease every "god's will" ??

Today instead of "fearing" dis-ease of every kind - mental - financial - emotional and physical I'am asking what EXACTLY is health ??

It seems today that everything is some kind of "phobia..."

but if you go online to try to find a defintion of what a "mentally healthy" person does or says or sounds like there isn't one...

Awake!

Point of Clarity -

What does a Mentally Sound - or fit or healthy person do with their emotions or feelings or moods or lows or highs ??

These days if you go to a therapist because you want a person to listen to you and give you feedback - then you are "Labeled" dis-eased or in need of medication...

wanting a person to listen to you is a basic need and want...
it is not IMO a dis-ease...

Therapists and the American Association of Psychiatrists - like to make sweeping and broad generalizations and lists of things people do and then label them - "Sick" mentally unfit or dis-eased...

It seems to me when you go to a therapist to be healed or heal a "Psychic Wound" instead of getting compassion and empathy - what you really get is judgement and more pain...and alienation...

Everything leads to "Depression" ??

I believe there are some highs and lows in life - and I also believe that you need to have an adequate - "Emotional IQ" or be taught Emotional Intelligence...

there is no healing without Empathy and Compassion...

today therapists are quick to prescribe pills and medications instead of listening and compassion...

they will not give out the instruction on what a Mentally sound person should do or think or how to be in times of crisis...

they are not interested in "Stabilzing" a person...
?????

Think it thru...

If greed has permeated every sector and aspect of our lives then it seems like the person in a crisis is vunerable to predatory therapists who simply want to make money...off of your fears and "temporary" pains or traumas or depressions...

Faced with the facts - simply Validating a person's emotional state - can heal a person...

your thoughts...

Granted there may be genuine and actual - "pathological" physical or Nueral - Brain chemistry problems within a person that cause them to be depressed - but these are rare and not the norm...

dont take my word for it - google "Mental health" or "What is Mental health..."

and see for yourself...
Educate yourself on the healthy mental behaviors and Emotional health and get the answers you need...

Becoming responsible for your life and feelings and behaviors...
is the best thing you can do to "Spiritually Evolve..."

and become and live your: "Ultimate Life..."

Streamline everything: thats what I'am attempting to do....

Point of Clarity...dont be pushed around by a therapist that just wants your money...
Get the facts...

Uninformed people are easy to push around and manipulate...

but a grounded - sane sober and solvent person is not easy to push around...

now you know - tell everyone else...

Contemplations - Affirmations and Meditation for the day July 9th, 2011.

I begin and we begin the day in health and wealth...

Affirmation: "Thank you. thank for allowing me to wake up - and awake Sane - Sober and Solvent and Serene..."

I once heard a quote that goes something like this...

"We see the world not as it is - but we see things how we are..."

loosely paraphrased and translated it means that we project our energy or projections onto the world...

If we are angry then we see an angry world...
If we are in the vibration and energy of wealth then we see a world full of wealth and so forth...

What kind of world would you like to see...??

and how in the world would you like to be ??

I have heard it said that: "the world can accommodate every man's need but not every man's greed..."

I'am now going to take a few minutes in my meditation to fill my home with Love...

I fill my mind with the pure vibration and sensation of Love...

Love is a feeling of safety and comfort if not Joy...

a feeling and sense of ease - instead of "dis-ease..."

I now realize that my "reality" is always changing...

Definitions of "reality" are open to perceptions and shifting attitudes and thoughts and new information...

A Reality of Sanity
A reality of Abundance for all...

Divine intelligence
divine order

Divine design...

In todays world I can not afford to hold a "fixed" reality about anything:
I will always need to adjust to new information - new ideas and new perceptions

I will always need to "Upgrade" my mind and consciousness...

"Point of Clarity"

I affirm: "The pure vibration of Love - divine Love and Light and Intelligence is going exactly where it is needed..."

and so it is...

Every day we are born again...
we are born again into the next minute and we then awake to "eternal" life...in this way...
Always new and refreshed...

Restored.

what does your - "Ultimate Reality" look and feel like...??

today I will attempt to "project" love and Sanity onto everyone I meet and see what happens...

Today I'am Sane - Sober and Solvent...

what does a "Debt-free" life look like ??

We walk around life - and we live in cities - take a look around...

what is the city full of ??

What does the culture give you ??

The world seems to run on debts and being in debt....

the world serves up alcohol...at every turn of our lives...

the culture supports getting drunk and living in debt...

Is it any wonder that we lived the same way ??

but what was the result of always medicating life by getting high...?

We want relief - ?? right ??

why do we have a culture that always wants release and relief ??

If you walk down any main street in a city or town the constant seems to be a bar...

I do not have a problem with people having fun and drinking alcohol but then I turn to the media and see how un-clear the world seems to be...
there is no "Clarity..."

where is the Clarity about money and addictions and alcohol...

we are always serving alcohol...when someone is born or dies and everything in the middle of life serves up alcohol for every occasion - and situation...

Today I'am simply being aware of how pervasive the need and desire to be in debt and to be in drunkenness is supported by our culture...

whats the problem - watch Tv and see how pervasive addiction has become...
we are now a nation of addicts trying to get clean...

or so it seems...

by being aware of what the culture supports we can take a big step towards Clarity - Sanity - Sobriety - Solvency...yes Clarity...

The answer and wisdom of the culture right now seems to be - "lets get high..."

"Lets go and buy something..."

The culture supports religion and religious doctrines but what is the message ??

It seems to me everything in the culture leads to mental illness and spiritual poverty...

the world beats a path to being in debt and living from one high to the next....

Now the world is "getting sober..."
the world is seeing the damage caused by always living in Debt...

It seems like the more talented and genius a person is the more they become addicted to drugs and alcohol...

anyone have an answer to the why ???

We like and love to get high - but where is our joy ??

where is our happiness without getting high ??

step out of the Matrix of Insanity for one minute....

step aside and detach from the fun house of getting high and living in debt...

what would a debt free life look like ??

I can only direct my thinking to ask the question...and questions

what do the people around me support and why ??

what would a "Sober world" look like ??

what would my life look like if I was Sane - Sober - solvent - debt free and
"Living my vision?

"Living your Vision in accordance with your highest dreams and aspirations

allowing the Universe to manifest your highest and best and top-line life - life-force and behavior...??

Last night I dreamt of a Tree - A beautiful powerful tree that had outgrown the space it was in...

I commented to people walking with me and looking at the tree...
In the dream I said: "This tree will need to be taken and re planted in a new space that fits it...

The tree was truly strong and powerful...

when I awoke I went online to find the symbolism of dreaming of a tree...

I found various dream interpretations but nothing was uniform in the symbolism of dreaming of a tree...

I found a site that talked about the Buddha and the Bodhi Tree...

the Buddha has enlightenment under the Bodhi tree...

an enlightened being is called: The Bodhisattva.

Lets get rid of some old pain - misery and shame...today....

Today I'am clearing out Shame and misery and guilt...
today I'am taking inventory of people I know and asking why are they in my life at this time ???

today I'am banishing the "vampires" of shame and guilt and doubt...

Old feelings and ideas that should be discarded ---

make a list...

hmmmmm lets see....

who and what would be on your list ??

people can be "Vampires..." Psychic vampires...
Sometimes family members are vampires -

always putting you down - right ??

ever meet someone who is determined to "get into your life..." ??

Ever meet a person who uses terms like : "Don't you trust me ?"

As a "Psychic Sensitive" and an empathetic person I'am aware of people's motives...

The very person saying: "Don't you trust me????" is the exact person you should never trust...

it really is that simple...

they are trying to "jam" your radar...your "Psychic Radar..."

you "read" the person right the first time but they try to send out mixed signals that make you re-think what you knew in the first place...

right ??

these people are usually "Blocked creatives..."
and they will try to turn your life up-side down and yes suck all the life out of you and then move on to the next one...

We do have to discern and discriminate and sort it all out...
there are people on this planet who are "Energy Vampires..."

My lesson and experience from the past shows me when a new person shows up...you have to allow people into your lives slowly...

The very same person that comes out of "nowhere..." and is sudenly calling you all the time is not always a person that wants your highest good...

thers a reason why they say "beware of the flatterers..."

usually a "Vampire" is very good at knowing whats going to get you to lower your "protection..."

they are also very good at chasing away people that youve known for a long time...people you trust and people that can tell you the way it is...

the Vampire will some how chase your friends away so pretty soon they are the primary friendship you have...

Our energies are like "food" to these people...

they are in ignorance of the Spiritual laws of the universe...
they are living under the lie that they need to suck everyone's energies off them...

they are like a tourist in your aura...
they create alot of drama and dramas so you never figure out that they are trying to steal your energy and "Life-force..."

We have all met these people and they are hard to get rid of....

Restore your protection and protect your energy....

"Dont you trust me ??" when a person leads with that phrase simply tell them -
"No - I don't trust you...I will trust you when I know you are Trustworthy...and that takes time to find out..."

"fast friends" are usually vampires waiting to happen...waiting to "get" something off of you or out of you...

We can trust people to be who we know them to be...
there is no such thing as "Instant trust..." if you believe this you may be setting yourself up for misery time and time again...

Your energy and Life-force belongs to you and no one else...

all of our energy and life-force comes from God - from a Divine source...

today we know that our Source - is Divine...
we do not rely on a human source...

sure it's nice to hear all those comments from the vampires telling us how great we are...but it comes with a price...

as soon as you call the vampire out on his or her agenda they always disappear very quickly...

Affirmation for today: "I refuse to give any energy to psychic and spiritual vampires today..."

Today I will stay in my body and my aura and no one else' I will not be a "tourist" in anyones mind or aura...

Today I will not allow anyone to be a tourist in my aura...

today I will affirm that getting to know a person takes time - months and years...
not days or weeks...

you learn about a person and get to know a person by what they do - not be what they tell you about themselves...

just knowing the "facts" about a person is not getting to know them...
getting to know someone is seeing how they react over a period of time...

Ever have a friend that you thought you knew...??

Ever travel with a friend and then you saw a whole other side to them ??

they say when you travel with someone thats the "Acid test" of a friendship...

you truly see them and how they "Really" are...

Point of Clarity...

unless you have met a person thru a trust friend...beware in a healthy way...

You dont have to be so quick to have a fan club....or alot of people around you...

It's probably better to have a few good friends around you than alot of people causing you drama - doubt an misery...and sucking away your life...

Look at all the people around you - why are they there ?
what are you getting from them...??

Do you trust them ?? and if not then get rid of them...

today dump everything that doesnt serve you and who you are today - right now...

If the friendship is not a free flow of ideas and energies and love and light...then they have to go...

turn them loose - cut them loose and allow the space to be open for some fresh - clear - same people who support what you want to be and become...

today I'am clearing out old ties and old fears and shame and guilt and pains...
always in peace and joy and safety....

I dont have to be cruel or mean to anyone but I also dont have to allow Vampires to feed off of me...and my time and energy...

the crazy-makers
the liars
the drama makers

and the vampires all have to go if I'am going to live in and create my "Ultimate Life..."

Banish the Vampires and see how refreshed you feel...
stop giving them what they need - they will move on to the next one without skipping a beat...

Being aware that a "New person" may have motives sometime ones they are not even clear about is a healthy thing if not taken to extreme...

We are generous with our time and hearts being healers but we can also let people demand too much from us with nothing in return...then we get depleted...

so call back your energies and send them on their way....

when u do all the talking you only learn what you already know
the 7t's ---take time to think the thing through
there are none too dumb for the AA program but many are too smart
we all have another drunk left in us but we don't know if we have another recovery in us
to be forgiven we must forgive
when we surrender to our higher power, the journey begins
the person with the most sobriety at a meeting is the one who got up earliest that morning
knowledge of "the answers" never made anyone slip---it was failing to practice "the answers" known
H.A.L.T.=don't get too hungry(h).......or too angry(a)......or too lonely(l) ........or too tire(t)
fear stands for Frustration
Ego,
Anxiety,
Resentment
the 12 steps tell us how it works; the 12 traditions tell us why it works.........
AA won't ...........keep you from going to hell.............nor is it a ticket to heaven............but it will...........keep u sober long enough.........for you to make up your mind...............which way you want to go!
if faith without works is dead; then .........willingness without action is fantasy
when a person tries to control their drinking they have already lost control
the task ahead of us is never as great as the power behind us
seven days without an aa meeting makes one WEAK
you are not required to like it, you're only required to DO IT
when wallowing in your self-pity ...... get off the cross we need the wood
we in AA don't carry the alcoholic; we carry the message
the results are in god's hand
we are not human beings having spiritual experiences; we are spiritual beings having human experiences
remember nothing is going to happen today that you and god can't handle
when man listens, god speaks; when man obeys, god works
don't watch the "slippers" but watch those who don't slip closely and watch them go through difficulties and pull through
the 3 t's of gratitude to repay AA for our sobriety: our time, our talent, our treasure
it's a pity we can't forget our troubles the same way we forget our blessings
be careful what you pray for; you're liable to get it
the time to attend a meeting is when you least feel like going
work the program from the waist up
AA is the highest priced club in the world.........if u have paid the dues, why not enjoy the benefits ?
the first step is the only step a person can work perfectly
the will of god will never take you where the grace of god will not protect you
your big book is your sponsor too
AA never opened the gates of heaven to let me in, AA did open the gates of hell to let me out
the only thing we take from this world when we leave is what we gave away
time wasted in getting even can never be used in getting ahead
some people are so successful in AA that they turn out to be almost as good as they used to think they were when they were drinking
sobriety delivers everything alcohol promised
possibilities and miracles are one in the same
get out of the driver's seat.......let go and let god
how==honesty, open-mindedness, and willingness
danger sign: when your eyes have wandered from the alcoholics who still suffers and needs help-----to the faults of those whom the program has already helped
first we stayed sober because we have to............
then we stay sober because we are willing to..........
finally we stay sober because we want to.............
slogans are wisdom written in shorthand
active alcoholics don't have relationships; they take hostages
everyday is a gift that is why we call it the present
if you find a path with no obstacles, it probably doesn't lead anywhere
every recovery from alcoholism began with one sober hour
each and every alcoholic----sober or not----teaches us some valuable lessons about ourselves and recovery
we had to quit playing god
don't compare---identify
don't intellectualize----utilize
RULE 62----don't take yourself so damn seriously!!!!!!!
AA has a wrench to fit every nut that walks through a meeting room door
living in the here and now
how does one become an "old-timer" ? don't drink and don't die!
AA spoils your drinking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
faith is our greatest gift; its sharing with others our greatest responsibility
if you want to drink-----that is your business
if you want to quit-------that is AA's business
in a bar, we got sympathy-----as long as our money lasted.
in AA, we get understanding------for nothing!
even my worst day in sobriety is better than my best day drunk
the elevator is broken-------use the steps
let it begin with me
when all else fails.........the directions are in the big book
trust god.........clean house........help others
anonymity is so important it's half of our name
if we don't grow, we gotta go
all you need to start your own AA meeting is a resentment and a coffee pot!!
religion is for those who fear god.........spirituality is for those who have been to hell and back
there are no atheists in foxholes
three suggestions for making an AA speech:
1).BE INTERESTING
2).BE BRIEF
3).BE SEATED
when you are a sponsor, you get out of yourself. if i serve, i will be served
why recovery never ends: the disease is alcoholISM, not alcoholWASM!
the AA way of life is meant to be bread for daily use, not cake for special occasions
the smartest thing an AA member can say is, " help me "
you are exactly where god wants you to be
god will never give you more than you can handle
slow but sure
in AA we say a "coincidence" is a miracle in which god chooses to remain anonymous
it takes the good and bad AA meeting----the good and bad AA talk -----to make this fellowship "work"
give time .......time
faith is a lighted doorway, but trust is a dark hall
the lesson I must learn is simply that my control is limited to my own behavior, my own attitudes
the AA paradoxes:
---from weakness(adversity) comes strength
---we forgive to be forgiven
---we give it away to keep it
---we suffer to get well
---we surrender to win
---we die to live
---from darkness comes light
---from dependence we found independence
AA works for people who believe in god
AA works for people who don't believe in god
AA NEVER works for people who believe they ARE god
just for today I will try to live through this day only, and not tackle my whole life problems at once. I can do something for 12 hours that would appall me if i felt that i had to keep it up for a LIFETIME
there are two days in every week which we have no control over----yesterday and tomorrow. today is the only day we can change.
it is not the experience if today that drives people mad----it is the remorse or bitterness for something which happened yesterday and the dread of what tomorrow may bring.
slippers in AA use the rdp---revolving door policy
pain is the touchstone of spiritual growth
god has no grand kids
there is a god and I am not it
the road to disappointment (resentment) is paved with expectation
be nice to newcomers .........one day they may be your sponsor
denial is not a river in Egypt !
guilt is the gift that keeps on giving
the flip side to forgiveness is resentments
there is no magic in recovery only miracles
fear is the absences of faith
courage is faith that has said its prayers
depression is anger toward inward
alcoholics heal from the outside in.........but feel from the inside out
3 A's in AA-----affection (thoughtfulness)
-----attention (listening)
-----appreciation (gratitude)
if it is meant to be...........I can't stop it
if it isn't god's will ............I can't make it happen
there are AA members who MAKE things happen
there are AA members who WATCH things happen
there are AA members who DON'T KNOW anything happen
WHICH ARE YOU ??????

All day long we deal with "Relationships..."

Relationships and Choices....

what is our Relationship to our lover - partner or spouse..."

When people speak of their - "Relationship..." we usually think they are speaking of their partner - Lover -- significant other - husband or wife...

but everything we do here in our "Earthwalk..."
is and has: A "Relationship..."

so let me ask you - now - aside from the "Primary" realtionship - the rommantic/sexual/ emotional Relationship or even the lack of one...

which occupies your thoughts - what other Relationships do you have...

yes - most people simply think there is only one relationship to have - they cry out: "I want a relationship....!"

When I consul people and ask them what they "want..."
most often than not - they say: "A Relationship..."

they almost never say: "I want Love or understanding or to share my life and thoughts and ideas with another person in a committed - or (open) or monogamous partnership or relationship with another living thing - human being....

you cant blame everything on your parents - wtf ?? say what ??

No. You cant blame your messed up relationship history on your family -- but feel free to be my guest and do it if you like...

It's called: "Denial..."

most people believe the opposite of Denial is acceptance...
but I believe the opposite of Denial is CLARITY....

hence - in todays contemplation I will attempt to break your Denial and reach you by getting and giving you some clarity...with the intention of healing your mind and your life and allowing you to be free to create and attract and then allow the ultimate
"Relationship..." to manifest....

you will be ready when Mr. or Ms. Perfect shows up...to make all your dreams come true...or something like that...

First things first: Ever hear that one ??

If someone is always saying that to you then it's a good guess you don't know:
"First Things First..."

I didnt know that but I had to learn it...

Ok Kirk you say: "Whats the First things first" ? that you want me to know ??

I'am glad you asked that...

FIRST of all: think of all the "Relationships" that you have had that:
"Failed" Didnt work out..."
ended in divorce...

etc -- etc...ask yourself Why ??

Nine times out of Ten when I ask a person why the relationship didnt "work-out..."
they go into a litany of what the other person did wrong or how they were wronged...

then I sit there and wait for them to tell me what THEY did wrong: but they dont...

they dont have the Clarity to ask themselves: "What was my part in it all..." ??

When your on your first or second date - ask your date to tell you about their last boyfriend - girlfriend - husband or wife or partner....

and wait for the same response I have detailed above...
then ask them - "what was your part in the whole thing.?"

They will usually be dumbstruck....

Contemplate that for today...

They will not know what to say because they never considered that they had a part in it...

and that is a good barrometer of how much they are in Denial of their feelings - actions and behaviors or how they affect the people around them....

You cant blame everything on your parents...right ??

So - to review the "Point of Clarity..." and the heart of the matter is most people are not "present" enough to figure it out...

No one ever showed them how to be present...they are not present in their lives or for their feelings and actions...

they are on "Auto-pilot..."

they are "Acting-Out..." a script...that somehow they feel into thru the years probably oiled and fueled by alcohol or alcoholism or some form of addiction or "Victim Script" they play out in their heads...

Fact: In order to manifest and create the life of your dreams you need to break the Denial and get some Clarity about the past and why: Things "didn't work out..."

New Information: Every relationship begins and ends with our First relationship...
which is really with ourselves...

Our Primary Relationship...is with ourselves...

and likewise - we have many relationships:

we have relationships with - food, money, sex, our co-workers...our partners - our neighbors - our animals...our bodies and our Spirits...

In order for something to thrive - it needs love - attention and food - some times spiritual food --
we forget to give ourselves these things...
We forget to give ourselves time - or love or rest or compensation or release and time out or a break...

we suffer - we become Not there - spaced out and Not Present...or available and then we can go our entire lives...blaming other people when in fact we had a hand in the state of our lives..

We are not victims...

Truly creative and dynamic people leading and living Dynamic lives are full present and accountable for what they say and do...

We dont always get it right -- we make mistakes but now we have NEW information...to base our lives...

We can begin the BREAK the cycle of being a victim because we no longer live in Denial....

ponder that - for the day and Ill see you here - tomorrow for another new
Contemplation - and affirmation and meditation...

thank you for the Love and Comfort in my mind and body and spirit and home...

Thank you - I re-set my attitude to "Gratitude..."

Circulation = Flow: the flow - the healthy Flow of ideas...of internal energy..

The circulation of "Mental Energy" ???

what is true "Mental Health" ??

go online and try to find a standard definition of "Mental health" or mental Wellness...

The American Psychiatric Association will not give you a definition of Mental health ??
Why is that ?

We live in a world where EVERYTHING and EVERY human behavior is now labeled a "Dis-ease..."

According to the standards set by the APA - everything a person thinks or does is a "Mental Illness..."

Is it any wonder that people are fed up and frustrated...?

what does Mental health look like ??

So: Everything is a "dis-ease" but no one will define ro tell us what mental health is...
?????????????

WTF??

What does a mentally healthy person sound like or act like ??

What does a "Spiritually healthy" person look like or do ??

Health is balance: attitude is health - Love and compassion is healthy...

fear - anger and hatred and alienation is not health...

Living in fear...??

It seems everyday that the world has more and more fear....

the very institutions responsible for stabilizing society are really and actually
- de-stabilizing it...

hmmmmm ??

What is the overall message of Religion ?

I can not pretend to give you answers but I can direct you to ask the right questions...

Any person or doctrine or "belief system" that clams "Ultimate "Truth" is not healthy in my opinion...

"God" as you either do or dont understand it - her or him...can be found anywhere and in all things...

God's healing Love - Intelligence and Light is everywhere...for everyone...

Get restored to Sanity - Solvency - Sobriety...Clarity...

I begin the day in faith - hope and light...

Iam healed and always being healed and Enlightened...

In loving service...to you and everyone I encounter...today
I see and hold and surround you with Light and Love...

Kirk's contemplation affirmations and meditations - for the day - June 22, 2011

Today I will begin the day in a state of wholeness - clarity about what I need to do - what I want to do and what I have to do....

Clarity.

Fragmentation and Wholeness...

Fragmentation and wholeness...

Do you want to be in a state of "Fragmentation" or "Wholeness"

Balance or Un-balanced ?

Frozen and blocked or "In the Flow..."

Is it really true that if we are not in the "Love" then we are in the "fear" ??

Some days it seems that the world "Love" the fear...

The world seems to thrive on living in fear...

fear creates panic - and panic create a rush....

our physical bodies create a "High" for us when we are in the panic: it's called the: "fight or flight..." response....

it makes us very "present" and alters our "reality..."

We get a rush when we go to an amusement park...right ?

We go on rides that make us scream with fear and excitement...
We go to a movie - sometimes a scary movie - and we scream at the scary movie -
we all scream and have the group experience of fear -

why ??
its fun to be scared....
sometimes its fun to be high and scream from fear and panic....

We like stimulation...
but then we become over-stimulated...then we want to medicate all our thoughts and feelings...
we cant seem to shut off our minds and racing thoughts...

some of us turn to alcohol and drugs to medicate or soothe all the stimulations...

our mind become clouded and unclear....

wow! when you step back and detach from the mix of everything in life - just stand back and detach it seems like a big "Fun-house" or roller coaster of feelings and fear and adrenaline...

we are do not have the awareness of what is happening to us - we carry around our past - we fear for the future and we are caught in the middle...

we seemed to be spaced-out - F88ked out and tapped out...

some of us even become addicts...and alcoholics after years of medicating our pains and resentments and fears....

we cant seem to get clear about it all...
we become unbalanced and fragmented...

we begin to dis-integrate...

our relationships get confused and it all turns into a big mess...

Stop.

today you can have a Spiritual practice that leads you back to wholeness and integration...

what exactly that will be for you I can not say:
I practice - wholeness - I find the center and become whole...
my thoughts become clear...

restored to sanity - ?
restored to wholeness....
restored to energy of Love - the vibration of love and soundess of mind and body ---

to be Sane is to be sanitary....

a clean mind - when you become mentally ill you are sent to a "Sanitarium..."
to be come whole and clean again....

Humility.

The more humility I have - it seems the less likely I'am to be humiliated....

this is why I begin my day in gratitude - instead of rage and panic and fear and resentment....

being thankful for your blessings becomes a habit - a habit of humility...

I try to begin the day in the stillness and tranquility of meditation because tne when I go out into the Funhouse of the world - then I can return to the center that I know within....

I have created and found the spiritual center....

the center is the sacred space - "inside of me" that can not be violated...

where is your mind ??

Is your mind clear and clean ??

God's will will for us versus our will for us....

Spiritually "Evolved" and streamlined people tell us that "God" is love and God is intelligence and perfection....

this is the goal - but we simply practice toward the goal - and we stumble and mess it all up only to have God bring us back to wholeness...

sanity - solvency - sobriety - and Clarity...

I awake. I awake in gratitude...

Gratitude and the attitude of Gratitude is practice....We practice refining and streamlining the attitude that we want to live in and create from...

Desperation and doubts are gone....

Pain and fear and limitation is now gone in this space...for you - for me and everyone I know...

With "God's Love - Light and Energy - anything can be healed...
God - power - Light - Radiant Health -
All limitation is now and forever banished with God's Light...

My mind is healing my body...

God is healing my mind....

I'am aligned with Wealth, Health - Sanity - Solvency - Sobriety...

I turn all addictions and addictive thoughts to god - the Highest Power....

My Energy is being replenished...
My Vital energies are balanced in peace and joy and safety...

I welcome without reservation all the wealth in the Universe to manifest...for myself and everyone I know and everyone on the planet...

God is a God of Love - and truth and Sanity...God is not drunk - No, I do not worship or pray to a drunken God....

"the God of man" seems to be a drunken God - The God of the old testament is wrathful and vengeful and angry and inconsistent...

It's confusing - right ?

but when I search my heart...the truth in my heart knows that without doctrine or "dogma..." that this force - this supernatural cosmic energy and intelligence...

goes where it is needed - performs miracles on my behalf....

all shame and guilt and doubts and shadows are healed in this presence...

Miracles are my birthright and yours as well....

Affirmation: "I allow God to perform miracles in my world...

Uprgrading your consciousness....

yes - Upgrade your mind until it is the mind of Wealth and Health....

Clear the Mind....
Clear the Spirit...

As a practice I surround you with pure unlimited amounts of Love....

for just five minutes I will become an unlimited Divine Being with Divine power to heal - to create - to know and to give out Love...

Try it.

Thank you God for healing my mind and spirit and Body....

Now we are Clean - our spirits and Aura are clean and sanitary...
We are Sane again...

Restored to the Sanity of Love and Light...

Now go forward and perform Miracles - in the name of Love and Light...

God's will for you is Light - Illumination - perfect radiant health and unlimited Wealth...

I begin the day. I begin my day in Sanity.

A state of being "Clean" and Clear...

I value the ability to think clearly...

right now I contemplate Order. My mind is in order.
I'am aligned with: Internal Order.

Sanity. Sobriety. Solvency.
Clarity and Clear thinking...

Spiritual Instruction:

Is your life - your Mind - body and Spirit "On the beam" or "Off the Rails?"

Today I awoke. then I prayed. I prayed a prayer of Gratitude:

I woke up Healthy. wow!
"Thank you for my Health..."

Thank you God Goddess The Universe and God or Higher Power for my ability to get out of bed and pray...

I awoke into a state of Mental Health...thank you...

I'am thankful for my "Spiritual Health"

I'am Thankful for my "Emotional Health..."

and Yes, Financial Health...

Financial Health and financial Clarity...

Living "Debt-Free" is part of my "Spiritual Program..."

why ?
Because when my finances are in "Order" I'am less likely to be in a state of:
panic, fear, desperation or dis-connection...

I can be Clear-headed and I know what my choices are...

I have the awareness to know what I'am doing and why...
how much it will cost - and where the money is coming from or going to...

Sanity.

Internal Order.

I'am Sane on the "Inside"
I feel Sane on the inside...

no one is attacking me and I'am not attacking anyone...

I do not wish to attack anyone...
I do not wish to be attacked...

In this minute my "Mental Health Factor" is high.
I feel mentally well and healthy and present...

My mind is Clear now...

I'am in gratitude and I can continue my day - walking in peace and Sanity...

thru the day I will go slow - be centered - grounded and present - I will not live in my mind or the "dramas" nor anyone else' drama either...

Sane. sober. Solvent. Clean and Clear today - right now...
